Rating
Through Carigiet Cowen, many well known local and national companies throughout the British Isles have obtained reductions in assessment. Advice on all aspects of rating law and practice on most types of commercial and industrial property is supplied by specialist rating surveyors. Work includes dealing with appeals, involving negotiations with the Valuation Officer and appearances, where necessary, at Valuation and Lands Tribunal. Advice is also given on other methods of obviating or reducing rate liability.
