We provide non-domestic rating advice to a wide range of different clients. This includes reviewing existing rating assessments and recommending action to be taken under the Valuation Office Agency’s Check Challenge Appeal (CCA) system to achieve a reduction in rates liability. We have a track record of securing significant rates savings for clients through the reduction of Rateable Values, or through the splitting or merging or deletion of assessments. We have experience of dealing with Rating Appeals at Valuation Tribunal.
