Acting in a joint agency capacity with Michael May & Partners, company director Ben Blain has secured the off-market investment sale of Crag Brow House in the heavily sought after town of Bowness on Windermere to a private investor. The sale comes off the back of the recent Alpkit investment sale in Ambleside, were Ben also acted jointly with Peter May of Michael May & Partners.
Ben commented: “Demand for property within the Lake District National Park is high and buildings of this nature do not come to the market very often, if at all.
