Carigiet Cowen have acted for the Trustees and agreed a sale of the long established Sailing & Fishing Club in Harrington in West Cumbria to a local developer. We understand the purchaser intends to redevelop the site and buildings into full residential uses.
Since taken to market in the Spring of 2026, interest was forthcoming from a variety of parties. The picturesque setting on the West Cumbrian coast just south of Workington has now been sold within 6 months of full marketing commencing.
