Following continued growth, Delkia has expanded further, moving into Sutton House at the Dovenby Hall Estate, Cockermouth. This move follows the official opening of a dedicated 16,000 sq. ft engineering production centre and 2,000 sq. ft of offices in Haydock in November.
Sutton House comprises 5,960 sq. ft (554 sq. m) and will provide the company with offices, a sales suite, training rooms, meeting rooms and collaboration space. The site also offers on-site parking and 24-hour security.
Malcolm Wilson OBE, Managing Director of M-Sport Limited and owner of the Dovenby Hall Estate, handed over the keys to Stephen Neale, MD Delkia Nuclear, and Amy Bryant, Delkia CFO. This marks Delkia securing the lease for Sutton House.

Delkia, which specialises in safety-related and mission-critical systems, has grown steadily since starting operations in 2013. Moving to a larger production facility and new offices has been essential to keep pace with its growing order book and accommodate complex, large-scale production.
Richard Percival, Director at commercial property consultants, Carigiet Cowen, acted on behalf of M-Sport in brokering the new letting. “I have been involved in letting space at Dovenby Hall Estate for Malcolm and the wider M-Sport team for well over 20 years but this is the first time we have let the whole of Sutton House to a single occupier which demonstrates Delkia’s commitment to the area”
