We provide expert commercial property advice to national, regional, and local clients, primarily across Cumbria, North Lancashire, Southwest Scotland and the North East of England. In addition, we act on a retained basis for select clients at a national level.

THE ROLE: We are seeking an experienced RICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor with a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience. While RICS Registered Valuer status is desirable, it is not essential.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
RICS qualified General Practice Chartered Surveyor
Proven experience in Valuation, Landlord & Tenant and Agency work
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with confidence and attention to detail
Excellent organisational ability to manage and prioritise a varied and evolving caseload
Capability to provide general practice support across diverse property types
Ability to develop and maintain a robust network of contacts to support business growth
Highly organised, efficient and proactive team player who can work independently and meet tight deadlines
Flexible, self-motivated and committed to delivering exceptional client service
