Carigiet Cowen were delighted to complete three new lettings to a single global occupier at Hensingham Business Park in July and August earlier this year on behalf of Hawthorn Estates (Cumbria) Ltd.

The lettings, which also signal the completion of this brand new office park development , comprised three detached units totalling just under 10,000 sq ft and involved high spec bespoke fit outs undertaken by our client for the tenant.

Our Surveyor, Mike Beales, commented “It was fantastic to secure these lettings on behalf of our client, particularly given the uncertain times we are all wading through currently.
Despite the uncertainty I am encouraged by the fact we continue to receive strong enquiries generally for office space in West Cumbria, and I hope to see further lettings completed in the near future.”

These lettings leave only Unit 6 available at Hensingham Business Park, a detached unit providing self-contained office space of 689 sq ft.
