Despite the difficulties being experienced due to working restrictions associated with Covid-19, contractors Caddick Construction are making solid progress on the construction of this new 42,300 sq ft retail warehouse development adjacent to J44 of the M6 off Parkhouse Road opposite ASDA.

Leases have already been entered into with Wren Kitchens, Oakfurniture Land and Costa Coffee. Joint Agents Carigiet Cowen and Savills are in discussions with a number of occupiers in respect of the remaining space.
