Whitehaven’s latest business park is proving a success with the first phase of the development fully occupied, the construction of the second phase is progressing well with completion expected in October 2017.

The development which will provide 8 brand new employment / office units ranging from 64m² (689 ft²) to 431.10m² (4,640ft²) is ideally located approximately 2 miles east of Whitehaven and 8 miles north of Sellafield with good access to the A595 and Westlakes Science & Technology Park.
