On the instructions of Cumbria County Council, Carigiet Cowen have been appointed to secure a new tenant for part of the landmark Nan Tait Centre in Barrow In Furness. Originally built as the town’s technical school, the grade II listed building offers characterful and substantial office/ employment space with the advantage of onsite parking.
