FIRST QUARTER OF 2016 REPORTS BRISK START FOR CARIGIET COWEN

Carigiet Cowen Chartered Surveyors report a brisk start to the first quarter of 2016 despite the battering many parts of the county took before Christmas, activity levels are good.
In Carlisle as a direct result of the December floods, Richard Percival has assisted national furniture retailer DFS to relocate to a permanent new 10,000 sq ft distribution warehouse at the Durranhill Estate, from which they will support their newly refurbished showroom premises at Hardwick Circus.
Richard has also concluded the letting of some 6,500 sq ft of modern office and warehouse space to accommodate the continued growth DMack Tyres at Carlisle Airport Industrial Estate.
