Acting on behalf of NHS Property Services, Carigiet Cowen has negotiated new lease terms for the occupation of the whole of Enterprise House, Meadow Bank Business Park, Kendal.
Constructed in 2010 by local contractors Cox and Allan, Enterprise House is a familiar landmark on the A6, North of Kendal town centre. The building provides some 5,000 sq ft of good quality office space with 24 car spaces.
The new lease follows an extensive search by Carigiet Cowen to find office accommodation for the NHS to replace redundant space elsewhere in Kendal.
