Margaret Bushnell, Retail Director at Carigiet Cowen has recently acted for Annan based Jenny and Steven Gilchrist in the acquisition of premises in The Halston Aparthotel for their new BELTED restaurant business. Margaret says "the Gilchrist's had confidence that Carlisle was the city to launch their gourmet burger restaurant concept, and wanted to ensure they chose the right location. The premises have been fit out to an incredibly high standard and the company pride themselves on providing high quality locally sourced produce which is already proving popular." Margaret has also been delighted that her call for a gluten free option was considered by the family, and honoured that a 100% gluten free "Bushnell Burger" has appeared on the menu in her name.
