THE ROLE:

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a positive attitude, flexible approach to a varied workload and who is willing to put 100% into the role. As an entry level opportunity, this could offer the right candidate the potential to be trained on the job and sponsored through an RICS accredited degree course to develop a career with us. The role will encompass the following: 1) Inspection and measurement of commercial properties – shops, offices and industrial 2) Preparation of marketing details 3) Dealing with calls from Property Buyers/ Sellers and Landlords/ Tenants 4) Conducting accompanied viewings 5) Information gathering to assist in the preparation of a variety of reports 6) Dealing with day to day Property Management issues 7) Assisting with Business Rates matters 8) Marketing 9) Negotiating.
